Emerald Coast RV Beach Resort, Panama City Beach

We love Emerald Coast RV Beach Resort. We have been going there for 2 years and will continue to keep going. Staff is friendly, park is clean and quiet. I for one like the sounds of the animals from Zoo World. We have been there during motorcylce weekend and quests have always been mindful of others and keep the noise to a minimum. Many of the staff know our daughter by name and have watched her go from diapers and floaties to a full fledge swimmer (guppy). Check out some of the surrounding parks and their prices....you get what you pay for.

It's like a well kept secret. We liked it so much we decided to leave our 5th wheel there. We have been back twice since our initial visit and plan on going again in a few weeks. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Park is very clean, beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. Restrooms/showers are spotless. New pool area is sparkling. My kids loved the new game room. Also great if you own a pet. I just don't have enough great things to say about this park. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the parking. They could improve on that but is a minor inconvenience overall.

I cannot understand how anyone can be negative about this resort. I have been coming here since 2004 and keep my travel trailer in storage I like it so much. I love the exotic animal sounds next door (and birds). Sure each additional service is extra but the great landscaping is expensive to keep up and all the resorts do that. I am going back soon.

This will be my 6th stay at Emerald Coast RV Resort. Can't wait for the month of March. Last spring I met my neighbors who live 20 miles from me back home in Minnesota. We had a great time and we'll be neighbors again this year for 10 days. The year before I met a great couple from Ontario and we still keep in regular contact. I've always found everyone to be friendly, cordial, and nice to talk to when walking around the resort. Also, the management and work campers have all become my friends, and they do an excellent job keeping things landscaped and all the bathrooms are spotless, the pool area is sparkling. Sorry to hear of a couple bad reviews, I definitely think that's the rare exception rather than the rule. The zoo animals are awesome to listen to, there is great fishing in the gulf, and the beaches and water are the best there is. Sure the kids get a little rowdy during springbreak but hey, they're on vacation too. Can't wait to see who my new friends will be this year.

Ignorant staff and rude owner. We will never stay there again. Not close to beach, each person, cable, wi-fi, pets, site location, everything is extra. Hotel rooms are less expensive and they are right on the beach. Very negative experience.

These will be the scond time being here from north carolina and we love it you can take your motorcycles and pets. It is very clean RV Park and the showers & restroom are very clean. It is the best one I have every stay at before. All of the staff is very nice and helpful. We will always stay here.

Too expensive. Everything is extra. Very dirty. Manager rude. Big fence around park. Highly disappointing. Not close to beach. Next to zoo with lots of animal sounds day and night. No fishing on site like advertised.

My husband and I found Emerald Coast via the web and were there this past weekend. The park was beautifully landscaped, clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and the weekend breakfasts were wonderful! We enjoyed our time there so much we have made reservations for this weekend!

Wife and I were exploring the panhandle, but did not have our tow vehicle with us, so we were looking for a park with beach access. Found that this one had shuttle service to the beaches, so we passed alot of other parks to go to this one. When we arrived, found out from staff, shuttle did not start until May and that was not advertised in ad we read. We asked about walking to the beaches, which we love to walk anyway. They said it was about .7 of a mile to the beaches, but not an easy walk. We tried it anyway and it turned out to be more than a mile, so while the park was very nice and clean with pleasant staff, the advertising was misleading. We only stayed one night and moved on. Would recommend the park if shuttle was running or you have a small vehicle to hit the beaches as it was very nice. If you are looking for a place closer to the beaches and within walking distance, try the "Campers Inn".

My family has been going to Emerald Coast RV Beach Resort for the past 4 years and staying. We have never encountered some of the things that I have read here about the site. The service is ALWAYS helpful and friendly. They have answered any questions we may have had or problems we had were taken care of with the utmost respect. It is in a very convenient location and it is the best value we have found at the beach. I love staying here and look foward to going back this weekend.
