I have been coming here 3 to 4 times a year the staff has always been very helpful. If you have a problem they will do there level best to help, Cris in the office is always pleasant & helpful. Gordon the manager is right there to help, even patrols at night to check. Stops to visit as needed. The bathrooms are clean. I frequently take a walk around park in evenings & most people are very friendly. Many times been invited to visit for a short time
If you like to keep your belongings nice my suggestion is to STAY AWAY!! One maintenance guy ran into the back of our brand new vehicle with a golf cart and the other maintenance guy named Pheonix Laughed and said "ha ha you ran into their van" then they both took off in the golf cart. When we called Gordon (the guy that runs the campground) both the maintenance guys lied and said they didn't do that. Both my adult children and I were outside and seen them do it. Gordon even saw the golf tire tracks leading up to our vehicle. Once again if you want to keep your belongings nice I suggest you STAY AWAY!
As I pulled into the resort I told my wife that this is not the place for us. I wanted to pull out and go elsewhere but she convinced me to stay . Very run down, permanent homes have too much stuff lying everywhere and are real eyesores. I wouldn't waste my money on this place
Very nice quiet park. Population of park overwhelmingly "seasonal" so the atmosphere is NOT that of the "transitionals" or "vacationers" that are "rah-rah", full of piss and vinegar, and go, go, go, from the moment they unpack. Nothing wrong with that - we've "been there and done it " ourselves - but if that's what you DON'T want - Mill Creek fits the bill.
The manager lives ON SITE and is proactive - problems are headed off BEFORE they fester. His assistant and he couldn't be nicer to deal with - make you feel at home.
Park neat and well maintained.
The campground is great! Been here 5 months now and the staff is on top of things. RV caught fire due to a electrical short inside the RV. Gorden, Chris and the whole campground were just great all offered help. RV was a total loss Gorden set me up in a park model.
On-site managers are really, really nice. The park is exceptionally well shaded and perfect for RV living.
There is cable, but you need to hook up with local company, so not good for visitors.
Location is perfect for theme park access, easy to get to I-4 and nearly direct access to Florida Turnpike for north/south travel.
I lived here for several months during a transitional period and couldn't be happier. Lots of local residents so a very nice, stable atmosphere.
Again, the managers are SUPER nice!
