Very rude! Not helpful or friendly. Host was not professional. Lost reservation and hung up on me - said she was to busy to help. Overall rating terrible.

We prefer the quiet, relaxed environment, with the friendliness of all you meet. You have oversized campsites with plenty of elobow room. Plenty of elbow room, you're not crammed in there like the minnows in your bait bucket. Yet it has the best fishing right at hand. There are clubhouse activities and outdoor spaciousness not available at other parks. Did I mention economical? A bit rustic (we like) yet has all the modern facilities, utilities, and hookups. The owners and managers are anxious to work with you. We are returning , anxiously... in a week. Will be staying for the winter.

Cozy cabins - wish there was a stove top not just a microwave, but we had brought a coleman stove - so only very small problem. Very clean cabins and nice staff. Very pet friendly - even our dog had a good time.

When we first got there the pool was open, the next day it was closed. When i inquired as to when it would re-open, they said hopefully monday ( we were there from thurs-sun) no pool! So, I asked for a possible discount or something. They said they don't offer discounts and the pool shouldn't even be open until may (which is not stated on the website. The day we checked out I spoke with the owner hoping for some sort of comp if even for another visit, the owner then told be that they don't offer discounts, ever, and that I don't have to come back next year! AND there were feces on the floor of the bathroom near the pool and rec room, AND roaches in our cabin. I guess the saying is true... You get what you pay for! I will never return!

quite area a good place to fish and relax,the kids love to play in the trees, yes the animals are free to walk around but no problems...this the best place to have a family spend time for a vacation or to live there....we come here every year and every year we wish we can live here

The best thing about the park is the owners but there is a lot to like. The fishing pier and the beach, the rec room with a fireplace, all the shade as the park is full of live oaks and the price is the lowest we found that had a space. If you have a pet it is great too as it is pet friendly but the pet owners are respectful and it is very clean.

Not a place for families. The so called pier is about to fall into the water, railings are gone totally from one side. If you don't like animals running loose then don't go here because they are everywhere. The pool is tiny, a family of 4 puts it at its max.
