We stayed for 1 night. $40 with disc. $1 extra per day for cable. FREE WiFi. $10 deposit for bathroom key. Staff not friendly. Pad was gravel, not paved. No shade trees! Location stayed close to beach - never found beach - at least if it is there it's about 5miles away!!! Nothing in walking distance!! For $40 a night could have stayed on the beach!! Sorry not impressed for the price!!!!

We bought a park model in the park about a year ago and absolutely love it here. Such friendly people in the park. Great pool and the location of the Sarasota Airport is a hugh plus for us. How nice to fly into the airport and be to your place within just a couple of minutes. Peaceful and beautiful place to vacation!

We have owned a park model in there for years and it is a terrific place to live. People that rent places in there come back year after year. There are snowbirds and year round residents and it is a very friendly place. There are lots of things to do, tennis, swimming in the pool, biking, horseshoes, and shuffleboard. Also alot of activities, exercising, bingo, biking club, ice cream socials, occasional dinners and lots more. Centrally located, near beaches, shopping, theatres, restaurants, museums, medical facilities, etc.
