Taroka Inn, Seward

Older facility with several items needing repair and upgrade. Located across the street from a noisy facility.

We have stayed here several years now and are planning to go back this summer. The place is"not fancy" but very comfortable, we had anything we needed, manager is very friendly, if your pets are well behaved they can stay too. It is a great place to relax. We stayed at another hotel in Seward and the Taroka is a much better value.

I stayed at the Taroka Inn and I've never had such bad service before. I stayed for several weeks, my sheets were never changed unless I stripped down the bed myself and took them to her (the manager). Then I was told that was not allowed because she needed to keep track of the bedding. The office was not open until 11am and was closed by 6pm. If she was bothered before 11am or after 6pm you really heard it from her. This is one place where the service comes with a bad attitude!
