Scottish Lodge, Ferndale

This is a motel with live in tenants that are scary. Took my team up here 14 rooms and only one had no problem. Most had no battery in the smoke detector, holes in walls, one refer door on floor, one TV with no knobs. Oust is a must to sleep here and bring your own pillow and sheets. Tenants are running the place. teens smoking in the halls telling newcomers to be quiet and walk softer on the warped wooden walkways to the rooms. Two live in teens told me and my 7 year old the pool was theres and to get out. Then they proceeded to splash us and say foul words. I told them to stop and they began to speak in their own language and splash some more. The maids did step up when told and kicked them back to their home(down the hall from my room), They smoked and stared at us as we left. One person at Office after 5:00PM I called for a battery, light bub (for the lamp) and towels as my room had 1. I was told to come to the office and get it because they can not leave the office while they're alone. The good news my car was not broken into and the shower has good water pressure.
