Recently spent nine nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Location is not close to major Seattle attractions but if you are looking for a comfortable, affordable, clean and friendly hotel---this is it! Free parking and good continental breakfast included. We would definitely come back again. Say hello to Richard if you go. He'll make you feel welcomed.

If your looking for value, cleanliness, friendliness, free parking, free continental breakfast, and cloe to Seattle. Then this is the one for you! We nearly passed this one by after looking at ten other hotel/motels in Georgetown (by the way the others were uninhabitable in my opinion), So glad we found it! The hotel was clean, quiet, secure, great friendly staff, the manager was awesome!, free parking and free continental breakfast and the price was great! The hotel is a bit outdated but it is really clean and you have everything you need. The manager said the lobby will be updated soon. It has security cameras both outside and inside. They do have a rule of no visitors after 10:00 pm but we didn't mind at all, there is nothing worse than not being able to sleep because someone is partying all night next to you! This hotel is only minutes from downtown Seattle. We we definately go back.

The staff was rude and not helpful. The bed was so bad, we couldn't sleep, it was like sleeping on a bed of rocks. When I complained the next morning, the desk clerk laughed and that it was funny. Do yourself a favor never, never stay at the Georgetown Inn. Find a Days Inn or Motel 6.
