My worst nightmare

I called thursday the 17 of August and made a reservation for saturday (19th) of that same week. The lady that answered the phone asked for my name, credit card number,etc...everything was normal and she told me I had a room for saturday. That day, after riding my bike from Portland to Ilwaco (1.5 hours) I was really tired and ready to go to sleep. For my surprise, the lady that manages the place told me there was no reservation made on my name, the same lady I talked to two days before!! She was rude to me and told me there was nothing she could do about it. I was lucky to find a room at Heidi's Inn, because it was a weekend in the summer and all the places are booked. Find another place if you don't like surprises!!
