Stockmans Motel, Ontario

We liked that they had microwave, refrigerator and wifi for free in room. Me and my husband stayed there two nights and visited our family in ontario. Best of all we liked that they had a mini market linked to the lobby. We would recommend this to our family and friends to stay at this motel.

The linens and carpet, drapes, paint were OK but the bathroom was so old, with pitted tub like an emery board, and rusted medicine cabinet and soap holder. No shampoo. Lukewarm water that didn't warm up after 5 minutes. Clean enough but old surfaces, old caulking and cracked tiles are difficult to really to instill confidence in the guest. For $40 and then $15 in a restaurant later, we decided it would have been a better value to get a nice motel at $60 through Priceline that includes breakfast and enjoy a shower with hot water and shampoo. It was an interesting lesson.

this place was dirty with paint peeling in the bathroom dirty carpet and beds that would make concrete look inviting the place has not had any updates since the carter administration....stay far away
