Avoid at all costs!

We were sent here when our prepaid 3star sold our room. Big Sky charged us the same rate as the better hotel ($15 more than their usual rate), despite the lack of amenities. Things missing: telephone, sufficient outlets (you had to unplug the TV to turn on the lights), lights with switches (you had to unplug the lights to turn them off), a plug in the bathroom. Most noticeably missing: COMMON COURTESY. The owner was VERY rude. The room was clean enough, but there was no room for children to play. There was a hot tub for 14+ only. Breakfast was continental basic--not the full breakfast the owner assured us would be served.
