Ventura Motel, Ludington

Nevr had anyone talk to me the way they talked to me. I asked about prices for hotel stay and they had the nerve to start screaming at me. I would never stay or recommend anyone else to stay there.............................

If you want a blast from the past back to the 80's than this is your over priced gem! Disgusting smelling rooms, uncomfortable beds, and pillows that are paper thin. These foreign owners sure know how to over charge for the location. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off sleeping in your own car.

I recently stayed at this motel and the only good thing about it was the location to the beach. We had a group of 4 couples staying in 2 rooms, before going to dinner we were standing outside of our rooms waiting to leave and the owns daughter walked over and told us we could not "hang out" outside of our rooms. Also if we did not go back into our rooms she would tell her father and they would call the police!!!!!!! I was outraged, I am 30 years old and was being yelled at and threatened by a 16 year old. The rooms were NOT clean and over priced!!!! PLease do not stay here, you will regret it!

I stayed here last Saturday night. I came in on the Badger overnight arriving at 6:30 a.m. and asked for early check in. They were able to accommodate me. The room was large and very clean. The location is excellent. The room prices are fair considering the proximity to the beach. The area is quiet. I have reason to go back to Ludington this week and reserved another room.

It is a nice location and clean but the owners are liars and greedy foreigners. They quoted a price over the phone then changed it when we got there. They also are rude and nosy. My brother stopped by to say hi as I hadn't seen him in over a year and they had the audaccity to call my room within 2 minutes to say NO VISITORS are welcome. It wasn't like he was gonna stay. Also and this is FUNNY- they say micowaves are in room- NOT- and the heart shaped tubs they portray in the pictures---well they are there BUT they have removed handles and spigots and disconnected the wiring so they can't be used. I'd say that is FALSE ADVERTISING. Talked to a few others that were staying there and they said they too felt very nervous and had a few othere stories about wanting to charge you a fee when they come to clean and being all up in their business. It seems they are happy to RENT to you, but then want to DICTATE your every movement. Needless to say I will never stay there. I might have to pay more but they will never get any more of my money.

We were coming into town for Oktoberfest. After they found out, they told us they did not like the noise and we were not welcome to stay there. Our reservation was cancelled!

i liked the fact that it was four blocks from the downtown area and three blocks from the beach area!this hotel has great service i have stayed at this motel plenty of times for vacation it is a great and affordable motel!you will deffinetely enjoy your stay!

The owners live on site. They are friendly and helpfull. The beach and pier are 3 blocks away. Downtown is 4 blocks away. Good food and nightly entertainment. Antique shops and bait shop. Fishing from the pier with a beautiful light house. Great sunsets.
