New Hamptin Beach nightmare!

We reserved the room with kitchen for 7 days based on old pictures we saw and very few complaints on the web. We though it was going to be cheasy. We had to make a deposit about a third and rest on check-in. Since it was our 1st time in the area, it was a risk. Most places were booked solid, we were stuck. I got to tell you, we never saw anything like it before. We made the best of it but never again, we bought many cleaning products that evening to sterilize the place a 1000x better. The good news, excellent location to the beach, the service was polite, room service also just no thorough, no damaged walls, clean towels and sheets, lights worked, the tv, remote, stove, fridge, microwave, ac worked also.
The bad news, very small dirty rooms, no phones to call for help, found an old room key under bed, beds and pillows were worn out and noisy, bed cover was dirty and musty, luckily we had 2 pillows of our own. Under the beds and dresser, never vacuumed, greasy, dust and other things you don't want to touch was piled up. Everything was grease covered! The fridge was rusty inside and out, broken fridge shelf, yellow painted toilet seat when cleaned with windex colour came off. The supplied kitchen was missing most things when they said it was complete, Patio door locked loose and cheap, stains on the ceiling, broken rear window blind, the smell of urine on the wall near the head board, tobacco/musty smell was strong until the ac was turned on, black greasy blue carpet (we had to wear our shoes all the time). They should have at least ripped that carpet out. Bathroom floor equally black sticky grease so we used towels as mats there. Cleaning service didn't like that, so they left several paper mats, ya know the kind used when you clean cars? ha ha this is the truth.
Our first night was Saturday and it was craziest ever. I video taped what happened. A noisy wild party was on till 3:30am in a room 2 doors down. In fact, a bunch of guys later trashed that room at 4am after drinking all night. Everything smashed, glass and wood chips everywhere, then the next day I saw the owner and helpers putting drawers back together? We asked the front desk guy, if it was a busy night and this happened often? He said "no" but we didn't believe it.
The rest of the week was quiet except for the harley bikers rumbling (without mufflers) up and down the boulvard all night long, every night except when raining. We cut our trip a day early
