Knights Inn, Niagara Falls

this is a horrible place and dirty. the pics are i guess from another hotel because when we got there it was a dump. they charge you upfront and if you want to leave a day early you are stuck because they wont refund you that day. i have never been in such a bad place and will never go there again. be aware..

It was the worst week ever spent in a motel they said continental breakfast none they said 24 hour service none maid service consisted of making beds but would not sleep under sheets it was not like a knights inn anywhere in the USA

We should have known from the beginning what we were in for. At 2 p.m. in the afternoon, the lobby was locked and nobody was there. We found a clerk wandering out of an adjacent house in his pajamas. The lobby wreaked of urine. We checked into our 2 room "suite". The ceiling in one room was bubbling toward the floor so badly in several places that my kids worried that it would collaps on them. Even with automated air fresheners, the rooms smelled. The walls looked like a blind 2 year old had attempted to spread the joint compound. One of my kids had plugged in her Ipod charger and when she went to unplug it, the entire outlet fell out of the wall. The room that my wife and I were in was just as bad. The air conditioner had a skinny extension cord running across the room to an outlet. The bathroom was missing tiles and had a very bad smell. The toilet was not secured to the floor so that it swayed precariously when sitting on it (not a comfortable feeling, believe me!). Our television had something wrong with it and could only display a blurry picture. To top it all off, when we tried to cancel our reservation for the next night, the clerk told us that we had to cancel by 2 p.m. (by now it was 2:20) so he would charge us for the second night whether we stayed there or not. THIS PLACE WAS A HOUSE OF HORRORS!

We made a booking on line. Big mistake! Got there exhausted from a long drive, was disappointed upon looking at the horrible place. But what the heck we were tired but the staff was very very rude. Instead of accommodating us right away, refused to give us the key until he is done interrogating us. We were so aggravated that we ended up walking out from that place. We tried to call the next day and talk to the manager, but the manager was an idiot like his staff. Stay away from this motel if you don't wanna ruin your day!

it is good and nice place to stay. every thing is in walking distance niagara falls is just 10 mintues from this motel , price are affordable. great staff

we went to look to see the frozen niagara falls new york, believe me its beautiful we are looking for friendly service and good place to stay , and we found what we want nice clean rooms and at affordable price, next time we go to see niagara falls we are definitaley going to this knights inn

Stayed at the knights inn on 7804 niagra falls blvd on nov 30 i have never stay at such a disgusting hotel in my life it was dirty and had no heat sheets on bed were stained no hot water and we had no face clothes to wash. when we woke up the next morning we all had colds when we went to cancelled our next night there they would not reimburst us our money back. we ask for extra blankets and pillows the manager told us he would check for us and he never returned. we will never stay at knights inn again. KNIGHTS INN AT 7804 NIAGRA BLVD IS NOT FIT FOR AN ANIMAL TO STAY.

It was a good motel to stay for 1 or 2 days at Niagara. From this place Niagara is around 10 Mins drive and all kind of Foods available around this motel. Main things about this motel is CHEAP RATE.
