We were not sure what to expect upon arrival but you can be sure that we were pleased with our decision once we got there. We were so happy with everything that we even stayed an extra night. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and taken care of every day by caring staff. The owners were extremely hospitable and would go out of their way for whatever was needed. The pool was also crystal clear and very well taken care of. It was also conveniently located. We would definitely go back!

I booked 2 Rooms for 2 families(4 adults and 2 kids) 1 week in advance of my trip. After a long drive, we all showed up to check in on the day of my reservation and were surprised to know that our rooms were given away. they provided us accomodation at some other hotel for the same price. I Don't trust this hotel and make reservation again since they don't have any respect for it.I guess they would have given away for higher price. Reading the reviews, I understand that this is not the first time they are doing this and is a common practice with them.

TV was old. and the bed sheet looked old too. but it was comfy and clean. bathroom was very clean too. i paid less than any website cuz i brought the coupon from the room saver book that i picked up on the highway rest area. the lady was super sweet. for the price i paid, i think it was the best.

Free on-site parking, clean invigorating pool, free in-room refrigerator, hassle-free early checkout, squeaky clean room, caring attention to help with lost & found, will stay there again when in the area

We stayed for two nights at this quaint motel near Niagara Falls. It is a family run business. They were very helpful with Niagara Falls information and you could tell that taking care of their guests was important to them. The rooms were clean and very affordable. We would definitely stay at this motel again!

My wife and I just spent seven days of real relaxation at the Moonlite . We really appreciated the refrig. and microwave to prepare our snacks and my coffee.It was like being home. The room was nice and clean . Our cleaning lady was always ready with what ever we needed, even when we got up too late. The whole staff from owner on down was friendly and helpful. We totally enjoyed our stay, and would certainly plan on staying again. We will tell our friends about this place.

I have been to many hotel/motels in my life and rarely - okay never - have I had the kind of positive experience that prompts me to comment!! First of all, the hotel was super clean and lovingly adorned with exotic container plants hand-tended by the owner. The pool was clean, the area surrounding the pool was not only clean - but neat and tidy as well. The rooms were spacious (we stayed in two) and clean . . . the kind of place you don't worry about going barefoot on the carpet or sitting directly on the bedspreads. Moonlight Motel provided fridges in each of the rooms so we could bring home our leftovers at night and tuck them away safely for later. And because it is centrally located, there was plenty of dining choices - and yet only minutes from the Falls! Upon arrival, we were handend complimentary Metro passes, maps and brochures regarding the local scene - and with the assurance that if we were to have any questions, we could ask for help from the staff there at the motel! Each morning we were greeted with delicious pastries and hot coffee in the motel office and with pleasant chit-chat by the owner. The hotel cleaning staff were above par and were thorough! Over all, it really felt like staying at a relatives' house - someone's home - as it had those "homey" touches. I TOTALLY recommend Moonlite Motel for your next Niagara Falls visit!

Manager was great, staff was on point, very clean and proffesional place. It's a place we will visit again.

The manager and staff did an excellent job making every guest feel welcome. The room was cozy and was a great value. Every morning the continental breakfast had great variety and selection the entire time.

I have regularly stayed her once a year for about the last 5. First started staying just because of the location, directly across the street from the ballpark, (Go Redbirds!), and of course all of the Beale Street nightlife just steps away. The renovations recently completed improved the place 100%. The rooms have all been redecorated, new bathroom fixtures, paint, pictures, furniture...all have made a great improvement. I used to just stay if by myself or with a drinking buddy, but now definitely would not hesistate to spend the weekend with a date there. The minor improvement I'd suggest is to make sure and have working TV remotes, but that is the only thing I could say would make my next stay better.
