Terrible!!!

We stay at this hotel every time we come to the US ,but NEVER again!!! First off we were woken up at 5am by the police asking if there was a domestic dispute in our room(we had been sleeping for 6 hours at this time, and NO, it wasn't us). Then while my husband went to complain (around 8 am), house keeping walked into my room while i was getting dressed!! When I called after the fact to tell them what had happened and express my concerns they were terribly rude and offered nothing for compensation! I will NEVER go back! The Holiday Inn will be getting our business from now on.

Clean new place but diificult to fiind

This place is new but it is in the booney. Far from the closest shopping center, Boulevard Malls, it is safe for my baby.

bad service

i had a very bad experience with this hotel. Firstly i booked through Amex and i was told that this is a third party booking and i would have no option to settle for a non-smoking room, though the other rooms were vacant. I was forced to pay 12$extra per night so that i could switch to a non-smoking room. The service was extremely bad dishonest and not curteous. i would not recommend this hotel for any one who might want to have a good day at falls and better options are available at much closer distance to the main attraction.

A bit far out

Quite a drive from the Falls, but a good price because of that. Rooms were very clean, but parking lot was littered and gave bad first impression. Parking lot is also so small we couldn't find a spot near our room.

Nice rooms

Rooms on top floor are new. Supplied well with equipment, wireless internet, and very clean. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Would def. stay here again.

get ready for a rip-off.

We went there as a group of two families including kids on a week trip to Niagra. Booked three rooms at this hotel after shopping for almost a week. Frank from the hotel reservation desk confirmed the rate; send the fax to us in New York. But when we actually arrived at the hotel, the Management refuse to honor their own rates saying the guy who fax us the rates is fired and we have to pay $700 more then what we agreed upon. I called the local police, the officer said they cannot do anything and if I don’t like it then I should go to the court against the Hotel. These are Niagra muggers, if you want to stay here get ready for a rip-off.

nice centralized location, outside pool closed for the season, clean lobby and bathrooms, small parking lot. Niagara falls the town is awful just like detroit, do not stay there. canada side is better.

very clean and nice location. rooms are like a hotel should be ,services is very helpfull, pool is very clean and a nice quite place to sit and do work. is the only place in niagara falls i will stay when i visit why nicer than the inlaws !!!
