No Frills, but an unbeatable setting

This is a little mom & pop motel with a trailer park attached, but it is quiet and clean with an unbeatable setting. You park in front of your room and out the back door is a sprawling green lawn that backs on a tree-lined rushing river. It is old and quaint, but you will not find a more bucolic setting in Monroe. And the price is unbeatable too.

Honestly, if anything but the best is what your looking for then this is the place for you. This place is old, the ammenities are not good and less than adequate. I saw one room that they said had recently been remodeled (still sub standard). It is quiet though. Two cans of Rid. One can of Lysol. Buying my own bedding. I was able to stay. If I were not on the road to make money I would suggest paying the extra money to sleep easy.
