Kasha's Pleasant Hill Motel, Lockport

We had reserved 3 rooms with 2 double beds in early April for May 25-26, 2007. We arrived and checked in but our room was $5.00 more than quoted because one of the beds was Queen size. Ok We paid $112.00. One of our part did not show so we did not need the 2 beds and there was an unexpected party of 4 who cme and needed a room . They had no double beds, only single. They would have to go some where else. We offered to down grade to a single be so they could take in another customer. Only problem with our courteousy was that the singe room had a jacuzzi and we were charged $130.00. The room was dirty, had peanuts on floor beside bed. Ceiling fan could not be used without leaving overhead light on because chain had been pulled out making it impossible to turn off light. No deadbolts on doors. Supposed to have a barrel slide lock but slide was missing. A Mr Coffee 12 cup coffee maker for the whole motel witht the condiments (Sugar & Powder Creamer) in glass containers like ones used in a Greasy Spoon Cafe. Ater looking at the corrosion around the spout we said No Thank You. Ro9om Clerk was very rude. Does not deserve even a one star rating but thats the lowest you are allowed to give.
