No phones, no frills. Just peace and quiet, right on the mouth of Falmouth harbor. The ocean is 20 ft from your back door. Falmouth harbor. 40 ft from your front door. It's a beautyful thing... Check it out !!! It's very cool ! Very clean. Bring a blender and some beer. Only one parking spot per room though. Have fun...

My Husband and myself enjoy how peaceful it is he enjoys swimming fishing relaxing and I also enjoy shopping at the christmas tree shop all so eating out at different restaurant's we hope to be back this summer.

Love everything about the Tides. Being able to step out your door onto the beach and to watch the boats coming in and out of falmouth harbor. Visually fabulous. It has everything for 1/100th of the price of the million dollar condo's right up the road. Hope no one finds out about this little treasure. Barbara B.

We have stayed at The Tides for several years. The staff is really. The rooms are very clean. There are no phones, but who cares as you're on vacation, and a message can be left at the desk and they will put a note on your door if you are out. Basically, I can't find anything wrong here!!!!!

We have been coming here off and on for the last 20 years. We love staying at the Tides. It is easy access to everything plus being on the water is the best. Hope to see you soon. The Lagana's

Great location, friendly folks, right on the beach and Falmouth Harbor, very quiet. My only complaint is the beds are short (I'm 5'9" and my feet hung over the end.) and not very comfortable. First motel I've seen in ages with no phones.........bring your own coffee!
