Pheasant Ridge Apartments, Moline

I am the floorcovering co. that has bent over backwards for these people .When ever they would call I would get the flooring to them in less then a week . I had to wait over 3 months and longer for my money for the flooring. They have gotten new management co. and it just as bad with them. When do a sevice for some one you should get paid for it. We even had contrac signed but still no money. I bet you if I lived there and didn't pay my rent they would not wait for a draw to come through. So why should I .This is a VERY BAD COMPANY TO WORK FOR .

I was in the process of moving out of these apartments and had a family emergency to leave town for a couple of weeks. I came back to find that the stuff I was unable to move out of my apartment was gone(family photos, old tax returns, credit card statements, my sons playpen, an old computer, kitchen ware, and a few other things. They considered my apartment abondon and said they put all of my things in the dumpster! I was never even called 1 time before they did any of this...no notice in the mail, nothing! I went to move the rest of my things out and someone else had already been moved in. I contacted the office and made inquiries as to why they would do this and throw away perfectly good items and personal property. They were horrible about getting me any answers and I still have not gotten anywhere with them and it;s been almost a month. I would never reccommend this place to anyone.
