Eldorado Motel, Cleveland

You want to stay far away from this motel. I stayed there last night (1/7/10) and they did not change the sheets from the previous guest. When I checked out I was snowed in and the motel would not pay for a plow to remove the snow. They actually pay for their front lot to be plowed, but not the back lot where I was parked. I argued with the manager for an hour and he lied saying he would get someone to help including house keeping, but that never happened. I had to pay $30 to get THEIR plow driver to remove the snow from around my truck and I still couldn't get out because their lot is nothing but gravel and my tires kept sinking into the mud. What a racket. I went back to my room to see if house keeping would let me back in to charge my phone since it had died. They let me in and I noticed they had already cleaned the room. Out of curiosity I checked the bed to see if they changed the sheet and they hadn't. This is a place you do not want to stay unless you have no other choice and even then you might want to stay in your car.
