Northwood Motel, Montgomery

I don't know where these other people stayed but it sure was not at the Northwood motel we stayed at. It was dirty, jagged broken glass in the window, air condition and heater falling out of the wall, couldn't even use the freezer in the frig, full of build up ice, mold on the bathroom walls, windows taped to the window frame and coming out, curtains were blowing from wind coming in, light switches that were broke, dirt on the floor, spider weds everywhere. I booked on the phone and used a credit card, when we got there and saw the room, I tried to get my money back, but the clerk said he couldn't do anything about it so I called the owner, who lives in New York, told him and he told me he couldn't do anything because he was in New York, I told him he should get his butt down and see what was going on, he went off the wall accused me of cussing at him and hung up on me. He has no intention of changing a thing. Futhermore, in the morning we had no water, none of the rooms did and guess what, there is was no one there to contact. There is no one on duty from 11:00 at night till sometime in the morning, What if there was an emergency? Some one is going to get caught in this dirty fire trap if something is not done!
