Please be warned......This is the worst hotel I've ever been to.... and I've stayed in some bad hostels in Europe but this place takes the cake. Me being military and my wife being pregnant we expected proper service and a clean room..... The first room they gave us had piss stains all over the toilet, dirty sheets and not to mention hair every where on the bed...... We complained about it and they provided us with a second room which was even worse.... The room reeked of marijuana and the jacuzzi looked like a burn victim..... cigarette burns every where. That's not even the worst part.... there were bed bugs on the bed just hanging out.... The cleaning had the audacity to say the room was clean and when we pointed out all the deficiencies all she could do was walk away.... They refused to give us a refund!!! I see all these reviews stating how great this hotel is and I cant believe the lies that are stated. As a soldier in the united states army I give and show my respect to everybody but yet I received nothing but horrible service and horrible attitude at this establishment. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

My fiance and I travelled from California to NY to visit some old friends. We needed a Hotel at the last moment. Paris Suites Hotel was recommended by a friend of ours. I recommend this Hotel to all visitors. Frontesk staff was friendly, sweet and professional. Room was clean and service was very good. The decor is very unique.within the lobby and room.

We went for a short week at the US Open. 2 female occupants - looking for a clean/safe place to stay. Hotel was completely under renovation. Pulled sheets back to find LOTS of hair -- hair was also on pillows. There were bugs crawling on the walls -- the entire room smelled like stale cigarette smoke! As we refused to stay at this hotel and LEAVE -- (without getting a refund) -- we saw a man pay with cash, leave, and arrive about 5 minutes later with a female prostitute. definitely NOT where you want to stay if you are looking for clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. STAY AWAy FROM HERE! After leaving - we did find out that this hotel has a reputation of being an 'hourly' type of MOTEL. There is nothing "suites" about it -- Do not go here.

this is a very clean hotel. quick check-in and wonderful costumer service. my car broke down right next to the hotel so i needed a room for the night. it was a wonderful experience, the lobby is all marble and looked very nice. rooms very clean and I really enjoyed my stay. in the morning the man at the front desk was very helpful helping me to find tow truck. Highly recommended

ok i went der, and i must say, it was amazing :D.. no ghost no lil games as in other reviews had said.. place is great.. i wud go der again.. yet i told all my friends to go der, and dey go der everytime

The taxi driver from the airport couldn't find it. there was a very small lobby and it's decorated with some weird artifacts. the room reeks of very strong cleaner. couldn't get the internet to work in our room and had to stand in the lobby while booking for another hotel. it seems like a hotel that you can rent by the hour. one good thing that surprised us was it was booked online but when we got there we were told that we stay day by day, we can check out the next day if so desired, and so we did. if not, we would have been stuck in that hotel for the duration of our stay. very costly for this hotel.

We had planned a shopping trip, which we decided to cancel. Last minute re-scheduling left us searching for a hotel the night before the flight took off. After reading the reviews here, was skeptical. But, this is a great location that is clean and has a very friendly staff. We have both been in the hotel industry for many years and can generally pick out real issues verse just whiny guests. Yes it is a bit unusual but it made it none the less a pleasant place to stay. Since reservations can only be made over the internet everyone should know what they are reserving and the mirrors should be no surprise. The bus line is right there and it is a straight shot to the subway. The best places to eat are across the street from the subway stop off the main road. Tip for future stays; if you are traveling with someone you do not want to use the hot tub with since it is in the room ask for one of the rooms with a shower. There are only 2 but they do have them. We walked on the streets both in the hotel area and the subway area and felt safe which is important for female travelers. I would not recommend this hotel to people traveling with children based on the bed types available.

manhattan hotels are deffintly a plus with all the lights and people but the noise is rediculous. i loved this hotel it was great and only 30 minz to the city by public transportation. the place look like if you were in the trump all marble from bottom up, even the floors in the room were. Very clean and big. service was great we was lost at first and one of the maintance guy actually drove out of there way to give us direction over to the hotel. i recommend this to others. Be very satisfied for it price.

Close to all highways. Easy driving to city and airports. Small hotel parking lot but plenty of parking on the street. Quick checkin - out. Internet? - Ask for WiFi code

the front desk was extremely helpful with directions and the lobby was speechless. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean!!! The jacuzzi was special for a hotel in new york. when me and my fiance left i forgot a watch and i spoke to the manager she said there won't be any problems she send it threw ups for me absolutely no charge. two thumbs up!
