Flamingo Motel, Eureka

pretty close to mall and have a good chinese restraunt across the street. for 50 a night i cant complain

Seriously, this motel stinks. The matresses are cover in urine. Old mattress covers. The furniture is something else; should og in the trash.

The rooms stink, need new carpet. Last time I was here (april 08) it was being fixed. Will not stay again!

I did not like anything about this motel. It recently started new management, Loud and lousy other guest, this place has alot of problems. A guest in the room next to my room spent most of the night trying to get up my skirt! The manager/owner would do nothing!!

Place wasnt horrible. It wasnt great. Allowed pets and wasnt any tweakers walking around like some of the other motels. Chinese restraunt across the street was awsome. try there grilled pork chops and mango chicken. besides the good restraunt across the street there wasnt much ammenties. just a good , cheap place to sleep

I want to make this brief because I can't waste anymore time with this POS Motel. 1.got in late at night to find the "manager" drinking on the side of the building where you check-in. 2. He couldn't find the keys to the front door of the motel that he was "running" and asked for cash for the POS room that he rented me and my girlfriend. After giving him cash and getting into the room we almost wanted to sleep in the car. 3. My girlfriend forgot her treo cell phone in the room. Once we realized this we had already driven 25 miles down the road for a wedding. We call up there and they said that hadn't found it. We drive up again the next day. Talk to the guy at the front desk who had let us in the day before. He tells us nothing was turned in. 4. We were boarding our dog in Eureka so we came by the motel yet again. This time we talk to the cleaning service and they say the found it and gave it to the front desk. The cleaning guy then goes inside the office and returns to us the phones that they supposedly didn't have. We gave that cleaning guy a nice tip. 5. Then we find pictures of that asshole on the phone. Yes. that's right. He took pics of himself and the other low life he was working with on the actual phone. These pics were of course taken before we asked if he had found it. Moral of story: These guys are liars and thieves. I am just happy nothing more serious happened to us that night that we stayed there. PAY THE EXTRA $50 AND STAY SOMEWHERE CLEAN AND TRUST WORTHY

The staff that worked there was young. They knew about the night life and all the touristy spots. We got two rooms there. The non smoking rooms was nice but the smoking room needed some remodeling. ALL the motels were eighter full or charging 150+ for a two bed. They cut us a deal since we got two rooms.

The staff was friendly and the rooms and beds were clean. We chose this motel because they are pet friendly and we took our little dog. In all honesty, I wouldn't stay here otherwise. They have no other amenitys, the place is old though recently painted and they're attempting to up date it. Still---

went there last year around may. every motel wanted over 100 a night for a two bed. They gave us a deal because we joked around with the workers. Rooms were nice and it was quiet

nice people , and very good value. pretty quiet even though its next to the highway. wish they had a pool or hot tub. but overall i would most defitnatly stay there again
