WILL NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE
unfortunately this hotel location can't understand customer satisfaction. I had a problem there and i tried to resolve it with management and i was not satisfied with how the problem was dealt with. Since any problem has to be referred to the general manager any complaint will not be resolved till you can get in touch with him. There is also no communication amongst the team of employees operating the facility. I paid for a room for the night and left for a few hours. To my surpprise one of the employees let an unknown person gain access to my room. I was gone for a few hours to take care of business and i found someone sleeping in my bed when i returned. I had taken my key and instructed the night person that no one was to enter my room while i was away. Again when i returned i had found someone sleeping in my bed.. I was told a key was not made but yet entry to my room was acknowledged by the general manager as being done a half hour after i left. To make up for this mistake on a room i paid $136.00 for the night, they gave me a big discount of $28.00 on a return visit.. I should've disputed the charge for my prior visit to my credit card company and call the coporate office.
i run my own business and know how to solve a problem,this hotel location unfortunately does'nt.
this is one hotel that i would'nt reccomend to any of my customers.. Sorry but this is how i feel after management failed to make good on a promise to correct my terrible situation with regards to my stay there. There are plenty of good hotels out there and good experiences. This was a bad experience..although anyone i talked to was courteous on the phone they just don't get it.
