The beds the room and the shower were not fresh not even cleaned! All was dirty and stinking! Elsewhere you get much more quality for less money! On the tv only porn. The motel is under Polish management. All hotels I ever saw in Poland where very much cleaner! Never again.

We never expected what we got for the price! The room was freshly painted, looked like new floors, furniture, and big flat screen TV with alot of channels. We stayed because it was close to the beach and all I can say is, "We will be back!" It was simple, (no hair dryer, older bathroom and phone) but it was very clean, quiet, and sooo cheap!! Only $75 on a Saturday night in June! I was alittle nervous when we checked in as the office was alittle scary, but the woman was very friendly. Bed was comphy as were the pillows. Clean sheets. Non smoking room smelled fresh and clean. Some places smell like smoke even though they are a non smoking room. This was not the case. If your looking for a clean place to stay close to the shore at a low rate, you found it!!!

Expect a no frills room (no hair dryer/old fashion black telephone). Rooms are clean and spacious. Appeared to have fresh paint and new carpets. If they had a new mattress in the room you'd have a great place to sleep! Bathroom could use an update. Not quite sure if my sheets were fresh after close inspection. Good price for what you get!

A very good value for the price. All I needed was something cheap and clean and that's exactly what I got. I was very surprised at how well kept the room was because it was so inexpensive compared to the surrounding hotels and motels. I definitely recommend for anybody looking for something inexpensive, clean, and good service.

My family and I stayed at holmdel motor inn for 4 days. Our room was a newly renovated double room it had fresh paint and new carpet and furniture.The staff was friendly and a great help when we needed directions or extra towels.It is a great value there winter time rate was only $65.00. The room was comfortable with cable TV plenty of channels for the kids to watch and two full size beds.They also have single rooms with a queen size bed. We would recommend Holmdel Motor Inn to anyone. We will be returning for our stay again next year.
