Fresh Ponds Village, Dayton

from Irishbutterfly27- I've been here almost 3 yrs now, and it just breaks my heart that I need to move. As I have said in the past, I do feel like I am on vacation-still- to watch the various birds land in the pond or around-cranes, red wing black birds, falcons, is truly amazing. Late at night you even get a chance to see deer walk their families to the ponds to drink. My neighbors have been wonderful, the staff superb- the maintanence schedule is unlike anywhere else I lived-dryer vents cleaned - ac/heat checked grounds kept. Due to health reasons with my husband we need to leave-but believe me it is not easy- I do hope everyone who stays here will enjoy the nature, surroundings, staff, pool as much as we have
