Owner has hired students for many years from overseas and staff is freindly and always available to help with directions and places to go.

We had a Great Time

We loved the Walden. We felt at home as soon as me and my friend arrived. The staff was warm and friendly. They also told us all the best places to go for dinner and fun. The porch was also charming and are room was very clean and we loved the way the Inn keeper decorates. We already made reservations for are return next summer

Too Noisy - near train

A LOUD Train runs close by before 5am, and all morning long. It will wake you up at night ! Google Maps, shows how close the train-tracks are to the Inn, at 412 OCean ROAD (not Ave) Spring Lake,

We loved this charming Inn - It was a great price for the location - we stayed in the Large Guest House and it was just great- we had so much room for are childern - it was just like staying at a beach house - rather than a Inn - The owner was always went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy are vacation - The porch and pond were also very relaxing -

We had a great time at this hotel. Are room was large, very clean and comfortable. The staff was also just wonderful , always available when we needed anytihng. Also the location was great and my kids loved the pond. The maids were also the best I have seen . Always cleaning and they even offered to iron are cloths for a Wedding we had to attend.

This was a charming Inn - are room was decorated so well - And it was very clean and comfortable.The staff was very friendly and helped us with all are needs. The porch was the best- also the beaches were great.

I spent several nights here in Summer 2009 and I will never return. The entire house smells of smoke. The bathrooms were dirty. The charge way to much for what you get. I would chose any other B&B in Spring Lake over this dump.

Very Comfortable

We were made to feel so at home at this lovely Inn. It was very clean and and are room was just perfect for are family. The beach there was also one of the most pleasant I have been to in NJ. The pond was also great for the kids . They wanted to feed the swans and ducks all day.

This was a great place - are room was large and comfortable for me and my childern. The staff was very helpful and told us the best places to go and see. The porch was so lovily . We had a great time and will return in the future. Also the price was one of the best of found in this area.

Cozy Comfort - this was a charming place- are room was large and comforable and decorated with such care. I loved the front porch it was great to relax and enjoy the beach air. The Inn Keeper made are trip worth it - by telling us the best places to eat and go shopping. The beach was also one of the nicest I had ever been to in NJ. We will return soon
