The Metropole Motel, Seaside Heights

I stayed two nights, they overpriced it and stole my deposit. This place is terrible do not stay alot of motels and hotels in the area do not stay at this one i learned from my mistakes.

I was quoted one price when I made the reservation. I wanted to pay in full but they would only accept deposit. When I got there it was over $100.00 more than I was quoted. I tried to dispute it but it got me no where. There was nine of us so I couldn't just leave. There was no housekeeping. If you needed something, you had to find the manager to get it. Towels were returned and counted before they would give you clean ones. Microwave not in room, we had to request on. We got one that was about 20 years old. I was told we would have rooms next to each other that didn't happen. Clean sheets were got provided unless you requested them. No one came around to see if you needed anything. Before we left, the rooms were inspected and towels counted. It did not feel like much of a vacation staying at this hotel. Please don't waste your money, go somewhere else. The only good thing I will say about this place is that the pool was nice but, a bit small.

This motel is very clean and close to boardwalk also a very nice place for couples and families ,,new pool loved it there,,,,,very low rates !!!!!!!!

I enjoyed my stay at the Metropole. Denise, the Manager at the Metropole, was very professional and was very informative as to where I should go on the boardwalk. The pool was awesome and I would certainly go back again without hesitation. The rooms were clean and very accomodating. Great place and I would recommend without hesitation.
