Red Lobster, Hagerstown

Everytime we go to our local red lobster, we are greeted at the door by smiling faces that genuinly make us feel like they are happy we are there. We have gone often and have developed the habit of asking for the same server every time.. She remembers our likes/dislikes and goes out of her way to make it an outstanding experience. If on the off chance a food item doesn't measure up she is quick to remove it and get it fixed or get us something else. Only dislike is management seems like they dont have enough to do since they walk around the dining room asking diners if all is well. If I have a problem I would rather deal with the server . also, our location does not have a bar, so we are left to sit outside when they are busy and cant get us in right away. Hosts dont ask if you would like a drink while you wait. but by the time we get to the crab legs and lobster all is well.. (Ask them to crack them for you....they will)

There is nothing I dislike.I enjoy talking to the employees.They treat you like family.Server Cindy is fantastic.Always pleasantand a super person.She goes above and beyond in her job.
