Mike's Famous Harley-Davidson, New Castle

Today was my last trip to the New Castle service department. I had a scheduled appointment to have new handle bars installed and was waiting for my bike. 3 hours later they still haven't touched my bike. I was told when I scheduled my appt. it would take 2 hours and before I decided to walk out they told me that it would take 6 hours - nothing but dishonesty in there. I purchased my bars through Mike's and was told that I wouldn't need new cables or wires and today was told that I would. NEVER GOING BACK THERE. Beware people, BEWARE!!!!

TOTAL RIP OFFF - Been going there for years knowing I'd been had by Mike's over pricing, but they were close to home, the next closest HD Dealer is in another state. Believe me...I'm never going back, even if I have to travel hours for parts or accessories. They jack up prices in the HD parts / accesory catalog an average of 15% to 20% and when I questioned why, I was told because they can charge what they want. The only thing Mike's is Famous for is HIGH prices and POOR customer service. BUYER BEWARE - THIS PLACE IS A SCAM...!!!

Everyone was very friendly, showroom was immaculate, salesman Earl Rakes kept his word. Price was better than any other dealer in the area. I will drive 40 miles out of my way to the Mikes Famous Harley Davidson dealership because Integrity is what they practice. I am proud to wear my Mikes Famous Harley Davidson T shirt!
