Will never go back!!

This was the very worst motel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in some pretty bad ones before. My room had been updated/ modified by a total novice. A well-trained monkey could have done a better and more professional job. The furniture looked like it was bought at a mixture of garage sales - it had been used a lot and nothing matched. There was an ancient refigerator with a bungie cord holding the door shut. The TV was old and tiny. The room was very small and cramped but clean. The bathroom had a bare sink hanging lopsidedly on the wall with a one inch border of latex caulk that had been slapped into place all around its periphery in order to fill the gap between it and the wall. There was no vanity. Unfortunately, this was the only motel with available rooms in Manhattan. My choice was to stay in this dump or drive 20 miles to Junction City and back the next morning. I could have stayed in a real motel in Junction City for the same price. The choice was not an easy one.
