I agree with all of what the previous reviewer said and would like to more. My husband left his MP3 payer and never got it back. The person taking calls was very rude and didn,t seem to care. She knocked on the door while my husband was staying there because she wanted to get her snacks from the refrigerator but refused to check the room for MP3 player. The excuse being that someone was already in there. I am surprised no body noticed the MP3 player while cleaning the room before it was let out. My husband was planning to stay there every week to avoid commute, but he will never go there again after this experience.
