they threw away my pillow after a few hours?wtf?

I asked my sister if she could go to the motel to get my pillow i forgot there in the morning.when she got there in the afternoon the same day they said they thew it away.when she asked about a lost and found they said they had none and don't keep items left behind. They latter found my pillow in the trash and ONLY offered it back (missing my 800 tread count pillow case)that some how disappeared

This place is the best place we stayed in oakland.It's located in a very nice location. in north oakland ,rates are very reasonable,very nice reasturants near by,
