Powell Place, San Francisco

This place is an embarrassment. I was here for a week, and was given quite possible the worst service from any front desk in any timeshare that I have ever been to. Seriously – the woman behind the desk, day or night, could not have been less helpful. I actually had to use the Concierge at the place next door several times because the service at Powell Place was soooo bad. Room was small, but clean….word to the wise – when making a reservation there, be sure to make sure that your room has elevator access AND a kitchen – the woman on the phone (probably same one) will promise you one thing and you will likely receive something completely different.

Great location, everyone was very helpful, they help me get my sister who's in a wheelchair get in and out the their hotel. Serive is great. Every night your bed is ready just to get in, with mint chocolates and red rose at the nightstand. They are the best!!!

We had stayed at Powell Place four times. Wonderful location and facility. But we were finding it hard to get back to it through exchange. So, we searched and finally were able to acquire a unit. Now we can go any time we wish.

Absolutely excellent. Quality service could not be more attentive. Superb, spacious appartment near to Union Square & China Town and on cable car route. We go every year! Book early because it is in so much demand!

It is very spacious, quiet, just off Union Square. Friendly service - knowledgable front desk. On the cable car line so easy access to rest of San Francisco. Full kitchen though who needs to cook in San Francisco?

New Elevator, Bigger & Faster. You will have to hill climb but bus service is good. If you bring your car parking the cost is extra and cheap parking is hard to find.
