Civic Center Residence, San Francisco

Some of the people in the building have drug, alcohol and emotional instabilities due to the pool of applicants who are largely from the low income to indigent pool that apply. Many of them were homeless. The City and County of San Francisco is dedicated to providing single room occupancy for applicants. Rent is relatively cheap. Civic Center Residence is ideally located to City Hall, state government buildings and theaters and is a convergence point for most of public transportation
