The Econo Lodge Inn and Suites was recently renovated in the summer 2008, and is conveniently located within a mile of the Oakland International Airport and Oakland Coliseum Arena. Just off of I880 North or Southbound, exit Hegenberger Road . Shuttle transportation to and from the Oakland International Airport and Coliseum Bart Station is available at no charge. Hotel lobby staff is available 24hours a day, and guest benefit from the following: courtesy parking, free Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast and newspaper, free local calling, cable TV, HBO, access to our outdoor pool, and much more. In addition, the House of Curries restaurant is adjacent to the property and we have a Payless Car Rental desk in our lobby.

Great deal with LT parking

The Econolodge is a gret deal since it comes with free LT parking,. Rooms are renovated and there is a decent shuttle service to the Airport. Great Deal for the price.

Will Never Come Back!

When I checked in, the desk clark wasn't very nice. He had a bit of an attitude. The bathroom looked nice. But you notice that they don't clean it so well when you use it. The location is very good. But it was not worth that much. When we were trying to sleep at 12 a.m. the music from the banquet hall wouldn't let us. It was soooo loud! Then at 4:30 in the morning they kicked it up a notch. And all of us woke up. Then we couldn't sleep. So we when up to the workers and asked them if they would tell the partying people to turn down the music. And he said he'll tell them. Then it seemed that the music was getting louder and louder.

gatway hotel in oakland

Good hotel is name gateway hotel it is nice has clean room and clean bathroom and clean floor. Staff is ok nice and transport is good for oakland airport. i stayed short time but was good hotel better than best western the have dirty bedroom in best western. It is nice clean hotel. Nice staff clean room i love palm tree is excellent. Best part of hotel is palm trees outside
