the owner (desk manager) is extremely rude and refuses to put through calls to your room. If this mans attitude is in direct correlation with the enviroment created at this hotel.... I feel sorry for any one who would spend their money to stay there. his rude attitude is totally unacceptable at best. let's ban together and flood this man with calls simply because he should learn a lesson. he does not deserve any stars. i will complain to the bbb, travelocity, city redwood chamber of commerce, the redwood city mayor etc....my words to this man " learn how to run a business and not run clients outs". the next time he checks his deposit slip and it is a big zero..... Get a clue !
