Dogwood Park Inn, Springfield

There was nothing good about the Dogwood Park Inn. The first room I received there were mites in the bed, the chairs were FILTHY, the room had a bad smell to it. They switched rooms to one in which it wasn't clean either. The lamp on the wall fell off and hit me in the head, and when I called the front desk they didn't even apologize. The maintenance man who when asked said he wasn't management went behind the desk and said he's give me another room (and didn't) but did everything management would've done in not refunding me the unused portion of my stay. Never could connect to the WIFI, and my bed broke while I was sleeping in it. Lastly, in ordering a pizza I called the front desk for the number to the motel and a child answered and said they weren't allowed to give out the number. I'M A GUEST, for Petes sake! I would never, never, NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!! Also, It was hard to sleep with all of the activity in the parking lot.

I like the place so much as far price and location concern. High speed internet and large room size.

the room size is good , but we had no hot water at all, internet was awful , management was verry rude and hateful, asked for a diffrent room cause of lack of hot or warm water to take a shower or money back , horrible experience and the cable, wow we only had 2 channels, me and my kids will never be back or reffer any one here, well be better off in a crack hotel

We actually viewd the rooms before we stayed. They weren't great, but the regular rooms were cheap. we payed a little more to get a jaccuzi room which didn;'t look too bad. The hotel could use a facelift and some repair. No cold water in the shower in the bathroom and toilet didnt flush right. Sinks in room didn"t drain and water was way to hard (when it worked). Not worth 90 buck.

this place is gross! there was holes in the walls, the room smelt, and there was roaches crawling on the walls! the bathroom floor had water on it from the toilet leaking, and there was mold on the floor also. the staff doesnt hardly speak english and acted like they didnt understand when we complained. take my advice... DONT stay here, spend alittle bit more and get a better room...roach free!

Our rooms were disgusting. There was mold on the walls, there was soft spots in the floors, there was roaches in the drawers. There was also a hole in the ceiling that was covered up with toilet paper. We got there at 1:00 am, and we called the front desk at 1:30 to see about getting another room, or our money back, couldn't get a answer. We talked to the manager in the morning, they refused to give us our money back, and all they did was gave us a 10% discount for next time. Well, there will never be a next time. Do be warned, it's best to spend an extra 20 dollars right down the road.
