Clean enough, but...
Paper thin walls! It was off season and the place was nearly empty, but all the guests seemed to be placed in rooms immediately adjacent to one another. Not only was every word on the neighboring room's TV and from its occupants' conversations totally understandable, it was hard to miss hearing the rhythmic squeak of their bed (etc.) later that night.
Otherwise, the room was clean and the price was right (under $30 if AAA or AARP) and included a standard donut, toast, coffee, & juice breakfast. If you stay here, ask to be placed in a quiet spot, if they'll do that.
