Horrible
We're currently staying here for 3 days and i have to say this is just ridiculous the couple who owns this place our incredibly rude.My grandmother paid for room 1, the only room with a refrigerator, we are in room 4. The first night staying here the sounds of trains passing on a frequent kept us up at night, and the rooms next to us were incredibly loud.The next morning we asked the owner about the noises coming from next door and found that it was the owners home and he refused to turn anything down. that morning i went over to my grandmothers room because she was saying that she couldn't plug in the refrigerator, the nearest outlet to the mini-fridge was about twelve feet away so i had to position it awkwardly between the bed and the wall to even use it, it worked great but later on in the day the manager came by and made her switch rooms because apparently the fridge is just for show even though it costed extra. The wifi here is terrible no matter how close you are to the main router, its radio signal frequently disconnects about every three minutes and at one point i had a four bar connection(about 60%status) and couldn't connect at all for about an hour, so i ask the owner how to connect(guessing that he blocked me from the server) and he said that as long as i take my computer outside next to the bricks of the motel office i can get a strong connection. Room service is terrible and every time that woman comes by to clean/renew anything shes ask in this manner, "you guys don't need you sheets/towels changed do you?etc. When we asked them if there were any attractions we should see or happenings in town or near-by they replied, "I don't know, ask my husband we're not here to entertain"The air conditioner has only two settings, on and off so you either can spend the day under the blankets or in swim-wear, the tv's here all seem to have something wrong with the color and the doors all have some sort of "trick" to get them open.We asked the owner today if he could dispose of the trash in our room and he said that he came by earlier today to check rooms and he's not coming by again for any reason. I have no idea why these people think that they're customers owe them something but for the money we spent on two bug infested, filthy, out of date motel rooms you'd think we would be treated with some respect.Possibly the cheapest inn in town but trust me its much better paying another 50 bucks for a brand name motel.
