What a great stop!

Arizona 9 Motor Hotel is where my family chose to stay over the Memorial Day weekend on our way to the Grand Canyon. We chose it initially out of necessesity, since we booked late and all others were full. We stayed, however, because it was a really neat step back in time.
"Clean but cheap" seems to be their motto. This proved to be very true. We had a large room with 3 QUEEN sized beds, which was perfect for my husband, myself, and daughters aged 22 and 11. They don't share a bed unless absolutely necessary (younger sister kicks a lot), so this was PERFECT!! The other good thing was the rate: $70/ night. Much less than other places in Williams. While the bathroom was tiny, everything else was really fine. Clean sheets and comfortable mattresses...what else do you need?
Finally, the location was wonderful. Located right on Route 66 East, it was walking distance from everything. To top it all off, there was a staged gun show in the middle of the street at 7:30 pm, just after we arrived. Great stop for families, couples, pretty much anyone! We'll be staying at the Arizona 9 when we return to Williams, and we will return soon!
