Arizona Mountain Inn, Flagstaff

My family and I had a family emergency and were still charged FULL rate price. They charged my credit card for the stay multiple times and even lied to my credit card company in order to verify expenses. This place is just looking for a quick buck and will do whatever it takes to get it. Be aware!

Positives was the privacy and our dogs were welcomed. Laundry room available until 8pm. Needs improvement: The cabin was too hot for July. It came with one ceiling fan and a few portable fans, but it was too hot, it could be cool outside but very hot inside! Needs addtional ceiling fans or a/c. We stayed in cabin 6. The refridge didn't work very well. No wifi access which we didnt think would be an issue but was because we needed to find things to do and where to eat etc and the internet access would of been a great help. Staff: Not very helpful when asked questions about the area or even where a post office was. There is no postal service so if you want to mail anything you need to go into Flagstaff. Playground could benefit from being updated. Cost: A little on the pricey side.
