La Mirada Hotel - AB & B Inn, Belen

This place is great. We wanted a break from ABQ for our anniversary and found this jewel in Belen. We found our names on the door, with a gorgeous room (Queen Isabella) and so many thoughtful personal touches inside made us feel special. A lovely little breakfast brought to our room, too. We will definitely come back! The conference facilities are so nice, we will find a reason to host a meeting here sometime.

I recently attended a wedding at La Mirada Hotel in Belen and I must say I was very impressed! I was told by the bride that all the details were taken care of by the friendly owners and this made the whole wedding stress-free for all of us involved especially that the majority of us were from out of state. The ceremonial venue was outdoors in an adobe walled courtyard and the dinner reception was held indoors in their lovely dining room. Everything was handled with the upmost care and attention to detail. I highly would recommend this setting for anyone wanting an elegant wedding with the warmth of a New Mexican feel. Also, our accommodations in the hotel were A+! Great breakfast each morning prepared and served to our room! Thank you again!

Recently, I attended a wedding at LaMirada B&B and found it the one of nicest, most elegant places I have visited in New Mexico. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The wedding set up and presentation was upscale, yet intimate and warm. Although, a few of the wedding guests were intoxicated when they arrived and continued to drink excessively throughout the event, the staff handled this behavior with the utmost grace and patience. As a business owner, I know this can be a difficult situation for all involved, but in my opinion the event went as smoothly as possible given the circumstances with a few unruly guests. This is a beautiful facility! Kudos to all the staff for a spendid evening of wedding fellowship.

Wow, Denver. Were we at the same event? I found the staff warm, friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and plentiful. The ambience has a hacienda flavor with an upscale feel. On the June 23rd wedding that I attended there were several young guests who became unruly and who I feel gave a 'black eye' to the reception. Overall, I would have an event at La Mirada, if I had the occassion. I just wouldn't invite the fraternity crowd.
