Alpine Inn Motel, Hot Springs

This was the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The owner are a really cute couple from Scotland that are very proud of their hotel and take care of it. Our room was small but was very cute and the rate was great. We got a package that included some activities around town. We had a mini fridge and a flat screen T.V. The parking is right outside so you easily unpack. There are cute patios with sitting areas right outside. The owners were also very helpful when we had questions about the area and activities to do. Overall- I would recommend this hotel to anyone and if we find ourselves in Hot Springs again, we will be staying here!

We stayed in the Garden Suite and loved it. The room was great.- very clean and cozy, It was nicely decorated with a roomy bedroom and king bed, cute kitchenette, and a separate eating area overlooking a peaceful sitting garden area outside. The owners were very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it to others.

We stayed at this motel in the "Coke" room and Eric and Leslie were WONDERFUL. The rooms were very clean and the location is excellent!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!! It was the very best motel experience we have ever had!!

We have stayed there twice this year and have pretty much declared it the only place to stay. The first room we enjoyed was the Garden Room which is the size of a duplex with breakfast nook and full sized kitchen. Six of us stayed in that suite cozily window a/c and all. The second time which was Labor Day weekend we embarked on the Beach Hpuse a little smaller but it was just two adults and two children. The rooms are so comfortable you wake up thinking you are at someone's house. The wi fi works perfectly and the pool as someone else described is like swimming in your own backyard, next time i'm using the grill.Eric and Leslie do an excellent job at making you feel at home and the staff is great.

My son and I passed through Hot Springs this past Sunday and booked a night at the Alpine Inn. It is an older motor court motel, but it is well kept and the owers were lovely! The rooms are small but very clean and the shower was super! I recommend this place for anyone looking for a deal! It has a pool, and is close to the historical bathhouses.

Alpine is a small roadside motel. It's rooms are very clean and you can tell that the owner takes pride in his property. The price was great and the owner was extremely helpful detailing some of the sites in the city. We'd would definately stay at the Alpine on a return visit to Hot Spings.

I have stayed at the Alpine twice in the last month and both times have been great!! The owners make you feel right at home. I have recommended it to everyone I know. It was a very relaxing weekend. The pool felt like you were in your own backyard. Cant wait to go back.

Staying at the Alpine was a great experience all the way around! The rate was within our budget, the location was great, the room and property were all nice and clean, and the owners are just the best people!! I will most definitely book another room if I ever pass that way again. Great, great place to stay!!

We spent 3 nights at the Alpine earlier this week (March, 2010). The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We spent two nights in the Safari Suite and then 1 night in the Garden Suite. The Kateebs, Texas Comfort, Value and Service, these are the things we look for when we stay in a hotel or motel on vacation. The Alpine Inn gets and A+ on all three of these. We would definitely recommend the Alpine to others. Leslie and Eric, the owners are friendly and acomodating. Their Scottish accent is quite pleasant. We love visiting Hot Springs regularly, and we will definitely stay at the Alpine Inn Garden Suite when we return.

We were very happy with our two day stay at the Alpine Motel. The new owners are really a fine couple and we enjoyed visiting with them very much. The first night in Hot Springs we stayed in a hotel down next to the lake. But we realized that the things that we were interested in doing were all in the downtown area. The Alpine Motel was our choice because its downtown and also because we are budget minded travelers and the price was excellent. The room was clean. And they had just replaced the mattress so it was good and confortable. The linens and towels were brand new. The area was quiet. And as I mentioned, the owners were super hospitable. Just good people. For us, staying downtown was the right choice. We like the hot springs themselves, walking the promenade, eating at the great restaurants in the downtown area, going to the Quapaw Bathhouse (very reasonable and really nice). We also enjoy hiking the trails on Hot Spring Mountain and West Mountain, going up to the overlooks for the wonderful views and going to the Farmer's Market at the Train Depot. When we wanted to be on the lake, we would go to one of the many restaurants that are right down on Lake Hamilton. Fisherman's Wharf was a good one. Overall, we can't say enough about the super owners of this motel and would recommend it heartily to all family and friends.
