Knights Inn Victorville, Victorville

I checked in and asked about a weekly rate. I told the manager I would like to stay 1 night to try it out and if it was ok could I continue to stay on and pay the weekly rate. He said this was ok. The next evening I went to the office to pay up and magically the rate had changed to a higher amount. I checked out.

This place was terrible. My bathroom ceiling leaked tremendously in the middle of the night when the person upstairs took a shower. My bathroom floor was 1 inch deep in water. After I reported the problem to the office, they would not answer any more calls. Luckily a coworker was staying in the room next door with an extra bed.

My husband and I have never been so disappointed. We had choice Sunset Inn as they allowed dogs. And the reviews we had seen were very good. So we took a chance. My husband had just had a Heart montior put on and was having some trouble. So we needed to leave to the hospital. We had only been there for 5minutes. So I went to the desk to get our money back and was refused. Not only was I upset but this seemed to be a 1 hour motel with very little respect for us. Please do not consider this place unless you have very little respect for yourself. BIG BEAR LAKE

This hotel gave my group an outstanding rate, the room was very comfortable, and there was not a noise factor at all from other rooms nor the other people in the hotel. Service was also top notch.
