Great Value

I stayed at the Welcome Inn during the Eagle Rock street music festival. I found the motel to be a clean, comfortable "no frills" type establishment that delivered a great product for a bargain price in lodging. The property is centrally located to many conveniences and is walking distance to a first rate Italian restaurant and bar. I'd definitely stay again the next time I am in the area. I'd recommend to friends and family.

If you want customer service, forget it......

This little motel has such potential!!!! We wanted to stay near my brother who lives in Eagle Rock. It's a lovely older Mediterrean Architectural motel with a small pool, plenty of parking, network channels and even HBO and ESPN. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfy but the amenities are in need of desperate updating. There was virtually no customer service even when I tried to get change for a dollar to get a quarter's worth of ice they couldn't do it!!!!! Be ready to pay $10 deposit that you'll get back for the remote control. Overall, location was GREAT. AND the price is unbeatable.
