The service is unacceptable. My things kept "disapearing" oddly enough right after housekeeping or maintanence showed up, when I reported they laughed, who, what's their name oh we don't know, we don't know. Or the owner just states, "not my staff". No one on staff knows much and will give you the run around.
Bed bug infestation is bad, they will try to make you believe You brought them, don't fall for that.
Tried calling to get information and immediately was told to call back in 5 minutes. When I called back I was told to look in another area. This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced in trying to get information for a long term stay. It seems like most Californians lack customer service skills!
