Management will treat you like gold getting you in. Once in, different story. They have scheduled pest control visits for roaches because of pest control problems. Cars are broken into or vandalized on a normal basis. Since the property management company took over the claim to have made the apartments "luxurious". Black appliances, fake wood floor, plastic coutertops and tan carpet are great but wait until you hear the noise, see some of the other tenants, see the bugs, the bums that sleep in the hallway because security doors do not work, the plumbing problems......get my point? Save yourself the headache. Do not rent here. The review from the person below is a staff member. Not a tenant. Recently they had 7 negative reviews and they had some delted in hopes of saving face. This place is a joke. The office staff is composed of couple of leasing agents who can't chew gum and walk at the same time and a manager who plays damage control. Electircal fixtures left open for kids in the hallway, piping for water system falling off of walls, cement work not being roped off and caused people to fall. STAY CLEAR OF THIS DISASTER AREA AND DO NOT BUY THE FREE COOKIES AND COFFEE NONSENSE. 2300 for a 2BR Apartment? Really? Houses are going for that now.

Been here for many years and by far this is the best management company this property has had. All apartments have been restored with new bathrooms, new closet mirrow doors, new carpets, new floors, new counters, kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Hallways have been painted with bright colors and the hallway carpet has been replaced. The front doors have been given a new look. They are now a mandarin color and it looks great. The grounds are now well lit, clean and well kept. As for the garage parking, it all good! The leasing office staff is young, professional, with great personalities. It is a pleasure stopping by the leasing office to say hello.

WARNING: this is an honest review of this property from a current resident. If you don't care about a lack of quality where you live, don't read this and move right in. The word "luxury" is in the name of the place, possibly making this one of best examples of false advertising in the history of apartment rentals. Everything that is not luxury exists here - old apartments, overflowing garbages, sewage backups into apartments, lack of assigned parking, and the list goes on. You can't get anything fixed if it breaks. That is why there are no pictures of the place online. However, the worst thing about the place by far is the service you receive - rude, inaccurate and shady are the attitudes you face on a daily basis. Even with a recent change in management, the low level of service remains the same. Since the apartments are so old, the new owners had to break down and renovate them. However,you don't see any benefit since the old doors, dingy hallways and bad attitudes have not changed. The shame of it all - if they would actually commit to making it a luxury residence it could be really nice. As it is, it's just ghetto fabulous without the fabulous. This description is not an exaggeration. If you dare, come see for yourself. Final judgement: Unless you are forced by a legal agreement, do not get fooled into staying here. I am moving soon.

we are having to move BEFORE OUR LEASE IS EVEN DONE! cars are getting vandalized and broken into, apartments are getting robbed on weekly bases! this place runs on false advertisment - parking assigned (not) - we walk 2 blocks to out building as do 90 % of other tennants,filthy bathrooms and kithchen counters, bathrooms smell like sewage, windows don`t llock, balcony doors non functioning, comunity bbq`s are filthy, managment constatly brushing clients off with BOGUS excuses. - breakin and entering - weekly occurance. this place is such a joke, `cept its no loke they rip you off .(literarely)
