luxury? false advertising to the fullest!

WARNING: this is an honest review of this property from a current resident. If you don't care about a lack of quality where you live, don't read this and move right in.
The word "luxury" is in the name of the place, possibly making this one of best examples of false advertising in the history of apartment rentals. Everything that is not luxury exists here - old apartments, overflowing garbages, sewage backups into apartments, lack of assigned parking, and the list goes on. You can't get anything fixed if it breaks. That is why there are no pictures of the place online. However, the worst thing about the place by far is the service you receive - rude, inaccurate and shady are the attitudes you face on a daily basis. Even with a recent change in management, the low level of service remains the same. Since the apartments are so old, the new owners had to break down and renovate them. However, you don't see any benefit since the old doors, dingy hallways and bad attitudes have not changed. The shame of it all - if they would actually commit to making it a luxury residence it could be really nice. As it is, it's just ghetto fabulous without the fabulous.
This description is not an exaggeration. If you dare, come see for yourself.
Final judgement:
Unless you are forced by a legal agreement, do not get fooled into staying here. I am moving soon.
