the place is terrible, the manager will intrude into your room when you are not there, via maid service to check you out, ISNT THAT AGAINST THE LAW??? no hot water-WiFI-hahahahaaaa, you will connect 1,000 times, place is empty-but they have people park their cars on the other side of the parking lot to look full-but the woman manager-she violates the RENT A ROOM law by entering the room when you are gone. They are always walking around the property, nosey, they rent rooms to young kids for parties, then place them next to you, or better yet, above you-even when the WHOLE PLACE IS EMPTY.NO PLACE FOR BUSINESS, unless you want to continuously reconnect to the internet, their WIFI is at the lowest level -they have marble all over, yet no fan in the bathroom, but they do have great maid service, the maid was cleaning up my room, she kept telling the lady manager,( who was chomping at the bit to go into my room)""The man is working here, the man is working here""-she follows the maids into all the rooms that are full, and checks them out, she should be fired, as you renting these rooms dont give you any privacy- the pool is FREEZING cold, the spa is cold, what good are they.- lmfao-MOTEL 6 is better, but... if you like marble, they can fix you up.......oh, and the manager checks out your room when youre gone, great privacy????? ILLEGAL-the place sides to another ghetto motel,transients all around.....oh, and when we got there, there was ants all over the place, we had to buy RAID........ no fan....

We come to this area for business and this is our second time coming here. The first time the rooms were ok, but now the hotel and rooms have been completely remodeled and it was really nice. The beds are comfortable and the room was remodeled and clean, I was really nice. There was new laundry faclities, the pool and jacuzi were clean. Our business brings us to Cypress and this is where we plan on staying for our future business trips.

the only thing is that i did not like the place becasue of the location with the liquad zoo being right there cause i kept getting calls from guys late at night. I had to unplug my phone cause they were sick phone calls. The best thing about the place that it was clean and friendly place to relax. The service was great.

This place is unbelievable. As far as location goes, it is centrally located to many attractions such as theme parks and beaches. If you want a view or the royal treatment - forget it. If you want a great room and don't care about all the extras like room svc, concierge, bell hops- This is a great place to stay that is nice and quiet. The size and comfort of the room itself is fabulous. When you consider the price it truly is unbelievable. So many hotels in the area overstate their property and charge ridiculous prices. This hotel is very modest in its description and I just cant get over the price!!! More than reasonable - down right unbelievable!
