Desert Riviera Hotel, Palm Springs

Attended a wedding. The outdoor ceremony platform had chipped old tile. The surrounding bushes and flowers were unimpressive. The hallway and rooms smelled old and musty. The elevators in building 5 had broken and peeled walls. Our room keys kept losing their magnetism and had to be replaced. The worst problem was the air conditioning. The maintenance people came 3 times to our room to work on it. The sliding glass door to our room had a broken lock so it was unsafe. It was on the bottom floor. It looked like a crowbar had been used on it and it was never repaired. I spent $4000.00 dollars in room reservations. Will not return.
